Data Views let you create multiple filtered views within Kendall. Each data view is a saved set of filters that scopes your entire dashboard — metrics, reports, attribution, and daily email summaries — to just a slice of data you care about.
For example, you could create a "International" view that excludes non-US orders or a "DTC" view that filters out wholesale and POS channels.
The filters in your Data View apply to nearly all areas in the app — KPIs, attribution, reports, and AI assistant responses all respect the active view. The only exception is Conversion Rate reports, which will be the same regardless of selected data view.

Click Save. Once created, a data view will be in Preparing status and will not be ready to use until the following morning when it will switch to being Active.
Because a data view is only useful if you set it up correctly, we encourage you to verify that the filters you defined precisely align with your intent.
To verify your Order Filters, use the Orders page to check that the orders included in your data view are exactly the orders that you want to include, and, similarly, you do not see orders that you want to exclude from data view.
To verify your ad filters, use the PPC Ads page with a long date range, such as last 90 days. For each platform that you have added a filter for, ensure that only the campaigns you intend to include are in fact included.
Click your store name in the top navigation bar. Under "Data Views," select the view you want to activate. The dashboard will reload with the filtered data.
Your selection is remembered across sessions.
