Why create a Kendall login

The baseline way to access Kendall is via the Apps menu in the Shopify Admin.

In addition, we have introduced Kendall login. It is useful in 3 scenarios:

1. You want to easily switch between multiple stores that you have on Kendall.
2. You want to more quickly sign-in to Kendall without having to come via Shopify Admin. This is helpful, in particular, on mobile devices.
3. A person on your team needs to access Kendall, but does not have access to your Shopify Admin.

If any of these apply, then we encourage you and/or your team members to create a Kendall login.

How to create a Kendall login

Step #1 below is performed by the person wanting the Kendall login.

Step #2 below is performed by the Kendall account owner.

If you are the Kendall account owner and you are the person wanting the Kendall login, then you perform both steps.

1. Go to signin.kendall.ai and click Sign up to create an account.

2. The owner of the account (which may be yourself) needs to email [email protected] with:

Subject: Kendall login

Body:

1. The name and email address of the user that was created in step #1.
2. The store(s) you are authorizing access for this user.
3. We will reply with confirmation.
4. Going forward, the user should access Kendall via signin.kendall.ai which includes a menu with links to each of the authorized store dashboards.
