The KPI Dashboard puts all your key metrics in one place. It's the best page for reviewing past performance: pick the metrics you care about, see how each is trending, and compare any period against an earlier one.

You'll find it under KPIs → Dashboard.

Yesterday's numbers are ready early each morning, around 4am in your store's timezone. Kendall processes the prior day's data overnight rather than at midnight, so give it until the morning before you check the previous day.

Choosing what you see

Use Add / Remove KPIs to build the board from Kendall's full metric library: sales and new-customer metrics, storefront and conversion metrics (Add to Cart rate, Website Conversion Rate, and more), ad spend, margins, and so on. For what each metric means, see the Metrics Glossary.

Each KPI shows its value for the selected period, how it changed against the comparison period, and a sparkline. The sparkline is a quick visual of the metric's general trend across the chosen date range. Click a KPI to see its full trend over time.

Whatever metrics you add to your KPI Dashboard are also included in your daily email report. Building the dashboard around the numbers you care about doubles as setting up that email.
