Currently, Claude requires a paid plan to unlock this functionality. The base Claude Pro plan is sufficient.

  1. In Claude, Go to Settings → Connectors and click the Add custom connector button
  2. In the Apps & Connectors tab, next to Enabled apps & connectors, click the Create button**.**
  3. Enter the following:
    1. Name: Kendall - <Your Store Name> ****e.g. Kendall - Maelove Store
    2. Go to the Store Settings page in the Kendall app. At the bottom you’ll find MCP Server in the AI section. Copy the entire URL. Paste the URL in the Remote MCP server URL field.
    3. Click Add.
  4. After a few seconds, you should see a new entry like this. If you see a Configure button then that confirms that the setup was successful. Instead, if you see a Connect button, click the button and follow the authentication steps. If you still do not see a Configure button, contact us at [email protected].

  1. Create a New Chat. If you click the button you should see the Kendall connector that you added and the slider should be on (blue). If you don’t see the Kendall connector or you it is not enabled, try restarting Claude. If you still don’t see it, contact us at [email protected].

  1. That’s it! Try asking How are my new customer sales today versus yesterday? . Claude will ask you for permission to call tools provided by the Kendall connector that you added. Click Allow once or Always allow (recommended for convenience).
